Conditions:

• The chalet is available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
• Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to 1/2 of the total rental cost.
• Late arrivals or early departures will still be charged.

Terms of cancellation:

At the moment of reservation, you must pay a deposit of 50% via credit card or bank transfer. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be kept entirely by the accommodation. The remaining amount has to be paid directly to the accommodation during your stay.
Alternatively, the total amount can be paid immediately by credit card or bank transfer.
For cancellations made up to 16 days before the date of arrival, no additional fee will be charged.
For cancellations within 15 to 8 days prior to arrival, 80% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total booking will be charged.
In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the amount paid for the missing days.
